Our mission is to deliver our customers quality laboratory products from around the world at competitive prices, coupled with superior customer service and technical support. Over nearly 20 years, PHENIX has developed an efficient national infrastructure that allows us to effectively serve the needs of the evolving life science research market. The company fosters a team-based corporate culture designed to efficiently serve our customers and to promote and develop the skills, knowledge and creativity of each employee.

Management at PHENIX Research Products is committed to building an ISO 9001:2008 compliant infrastructure. We maintain a quality manual and have a compliant document structure. It is our belief that continuing analysis of process and procedures will result in the strongest possible organization and the best possible service to our customers.

Please note the additional quality oriented infrastructure that we have implemented.

  • Quality/Issue Tracking Document: We open a document for all reported issues and track them to logical conclusion. They are included in our annual review to suppliers.

  • Metrics for Operational Performance: Our operations group has established various metrics (for example, % shipping within 24 hours) that we track on a daily basis.

  • Operations Dashboard: We track all operational parameters including the metrics above in an operational dashboard that pulls together all appropriate information and is available to all operations staff. The review of current performance through the dashboard provides the outline for our weekly operations meeting.
The company was established in the Biotech center of Northern California and today has a national infrastructure, with a headquarters in North Carolina to serve our expanding Eastern customer base. PHENIX Research is a privately held California corporation and is considered a small business.
