PHENIX Research Products is seeking an Inside Sales/Support Representative to work in our Asheville, NC headquarters.  This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated, personable, and hardworking individual to succeed with our rapidly growing company.  The position is responsible for providing support to our customers and outside sales reps as well as managing and growing our business in a specified region.  PHENIX has an excellent sales infrastructure, strong support for our sales team including Ph.D. product support and a highly motivating benefits and commission package.


The ideal candidate should possess a BA/BS degree (a science degree is a plus), excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain long lasting relationships with customers.  While we will train the right candidate, a minimum of one year work experience with a high degree of customer interaction is preferred, as the ability to maintain a high level of energy, be self-motivated, demonstrate a strong work ethic and desire to succeed.  Experience with INFOR, Salesforce or other CRM is a plus.

Phenix Research Products is seeking an experienced outside salesperson to join our team to manage and grow our customers in the Central Midwest.  PHENIX is an established supplier to the life science research market in the University, Government and Biotechnology sectors.  Generally, the position has been based out of the Chicago area but we are open to location for the right candidate.  Overnight travel will generally not exceed 20-30%.
